• FDNY-Certified where applicable
• Trained in fire safety protocols and emergency response
• Knowledgeable in hot work regulations (FDNY C of F: F-60 / G-60)
• Equipped to maintain detailed fire watch logs and reporting
• Prepared to activate 911 or fire department response immediately
• Compliant with New York State Department of State Division of Licensing requirements
• Fire Guard Certificates of Fitness Include:
  
  • F-01: Citywide Fire Guard for Impairment (Buildings without Fire Systems)
  • F-60: Fire Guard for Torch Operations (Hot Work/Welding)
  • S-60: Torch Use of Flammable Gases (For supervisors)
  • G-60: Torch Use of Flammable Gases (For operators)
  • Additional Certificates of Fitness as required for site-specific compliance
